If you're not fully satisfied with your HNTRESS cowl, please send us an email at hello@hntresswear.com with a subject line of "Return Request" within 15 days of delivery date. 

Returns will be accepted and fully refunded only if the cowl is received unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Thank you!
